Can I request additional licenses for OSS development for other project contributors?

Yes, please email us at opensource@jetbrains.com to ask for additional licenses.

Please note that free licenses are granted only to active contributors. In order to support your team members with additional subscriptions, we have to see that they have been regularly contributing to the project.
