Why don't I receive a physical key to activate my license?

When purchasing licenses after November 2nd, 2015 you no longer receive a physical key to sign in to the software. 

JetBrains Account or a License Server are two preferred activation methods for your software.

However, you are also provided with an activation code in case you need to use software with no Internet connection available. You can retrieve the activation code in the license management section of your JetBrains Account.

Existing licenses purchased prior to November 2nd, 2015 will continue to work with license keys.
