Invoices are usually sent via email on the day of purchase. If you have not received your invoice within 24 business hours, please double-check that is has not been sent to your Spam folder.
If you still don't see it, feel free to contact sales, and we'll be happy to help you. It will be helpful to provide the Order Reference Number (Uxxxxxxxxx or Axxxxxx) or Invoice Number (INVJBAxxxxxxx) that corresponds to the purchase.
Account administrators can access copies of invoices from their JetBrains Account. To do so:
1. Login at https://account.jetbrains.com
2. On the left, click on your Organization name
3. On the left, click Transactions / Invoices
4. On this page, you can view your entire order history and download .pdf copies of invoices by clicking on the invoice number (INVJBAxxxxxxx)
