How are JetBrains operations affected by the spread of COVID-19?

JetBrains continues to closely monitor the situation in relation to the spread of Covid-19 and its impact on our business and customers. We have taken appropriate measures to mitigate its impact and spread, noting that all measures taken have been implemented in compliance with our statutory obligations and the recommendations of relevant state authorities.

As you know, JetBrains supplies your organization with software tools for developers (IDEs) and/or team software tools. In the majority of cases, we do not provide on-site services, consultancy, or the implementation of any solutions. We also do not ship physical goods, and these are not required in order to use our products.

At this time, we do not foresee disruptions to your use of our products, and we expect everything to operate as usual, including our technical support and customer assistance.

We continue to monitor the situation and take suitable steps to ensure any issues caused by the situation have a minimal impact on your ability to use our software products.
