I don’t have access to my recovery codes or authenticator application, what now?

If you set up 2FA and are unable to login to your account because you don't have access to both your authenticator application and your 10 recovery codes, please reach out to the sales team at sales.us@jetbrains.com for further assistance. 

Please be prepared to provide a copy of a license certificate or invoice of a previous purchase. If you have not purchased anything, please provide your license ID.

Upon receiving a copy of your proof of purchase, we can disable 2FA for you.
