I don’t have access to my recovery codes or authenticator application, what now?

If you set up 2FA and are unable to log in to your account because you don't have access to either your authenticator application or your 10 recovery codes, please reach out to the sales team for further assistance. 

Please be prepared to provide a copy of a license certificate or invoice of a previous purchase. If you have not purchased anything, you may be asked to provide some formal ID.

Upon receiving a copy of your proof of purchase, we can disable 2FA for you.
