I don’t have access to my recovery codes or authenticator application to access my Educational license, what now?

If you set up 2FA and are unable to login to your account because you don't have access to both your authenticator application and your 10 recovery codes, please reach out to the sales team for further assistance. 

As you have an educational license, please be prepared to provide the academic email address associated with your Educational license, as well as a student/teacher ID, or another form of supporting documentation to validate your student/teacher status.

Upon receiving a copy of this documentation, we can disable 2FA for you.
