I’d like to renew my license, but I don’t see it in my JetBrains Account. What could be wrong?

Please double-check which email address you used to create your JetBrains Account. Often people use their personal email addresses.

Once logged in, use the Renew my Education Pack link to apply for the renewal of the license.
