My institutional email address is blocked. How should I apply for a license?

If your educational domain is blocked by our automated system, please use the Official document tab at the top of the license application form and attach supporting documents that can be used to verify your enrollment.

Please upload documents that contain your name, the name of your educational institution, and the year of enrollment.
