2. What is ReSharper Ultimate?

ReSharper Ultimate was a license that combined all the individual JetBrains .NET tools, as well as ReSharper C++.

Each ReSharper Ultimate license allowed a single developer to use ReSharper, ReSharper C++, dotCover, dotTrace, and dotMemory. You could also purchase a ReSharper Ultimate + Rider license to use all the previously mentioned tools with the addition of JetBrains Rider, our fast and powerful cross-platform .NET IDE.

Starting August 6, 2020, all active ReSharper Ultimate and ReSharper Ultimate + Rider license holders have been converted to the new dotUltimate license. Read more about dotUltimate and the reasons behind this change.
