My student cannot activate a coupon code. What could be wrong?
- Coupon codes are valid for users with no prior JetBrains subscriptions. If a person already has a JetBrains license, they won’t be able to renew their license free of charge.
- The coupon code might have already expired. Please check the coupon code validity in the JetBrains Account you use to manage your coupons.
- A student might try to obtain the All Products Pack, which is not included in this offer. Instead, students need to choose a single JetBrains IDE.
- Someone else could’ve activated the code earlier. In this case, please provide your student with another code.
- An extra symbol might have crept in when copy-pasting the code. The student can try typing it in manually one more time.
