How can I get a refund?

Some purchases from JetBrains may be eligible for a refund. You may request a refund within:

  • 7 days of the purchase date for monthly subscriptions to JetBrains products and third-party plugins bought via JetBrains Marketplace
  • 30 days of the purchase date for annual subscriptions to JetBrains products and third-party plugins bought via JetBrains Marketplace, as well as perpetual plugin licenses bought via JetBrains Marketplace.

To do so, please contact our Sales team and send us the order reference number, invoice number, or other purchase-related information.
