According to the Open Source Program’s rules, a project should be regularly developed. What does this mean?

Regular development means that new code commits are submitted to the project every month. To verify this, we will automatically check the activity in your project over the six months prior to the submission of your application.

Non-code contributions (including .txt, README.md, and Markdown files) and Dependabot commits are not taken into account when evaluating a request.
