Is it possible to downgrade from Enterprise to the Premium Plan?

The Code With Me Enterprise Plan is an on-premises server based product, while the Premium Plan is hosted by JetBrains. You can choose to discontinue your use of the Enterprise Plan at the annual renewal date and start using the Premium Plan if you wish.
