Symptoms

A refund is requested for an AI subscription along with a request to cancel the subscription.

Environment

• Customer type: All customers
• Region: All regions
• Product: Paid AI subscriptions

Cause 

AI subscriptions are non-refundable.

Resolution

1. To prevent future renewals, cancel the AI subscription
2. Log in to JetBrains Account
3. Locate the subscription to cancel
4. Click Cancel subscription
