What are the redistributable products in the Toolbox Subscription Agreement?

JetBrains offers a flagship line of paid integrated development environments (IDEs), such as IntelliJ IDEA, Rider, and CLion, all covered by the Toolbox Subscription Agreements.

We also provide redistributable products – independent modules or standalone tools that extend IDE functionality. You can get them for free, either as separate downloads or bundled with paid JetBrains tools.

Examples of redistributable products include JetBrains command line tools (CTL) for .NET, such as:

dotMemory CTL
dotTrace CTL

Unlike IDEs, redistributables come with license terms that let you redistribute them, give third parties access to them, or sell products that contain or use our redistributables.
