When ordering from the JetBrains website, you will be asked to provide all relevant information. After completing the purchase, an invoice will be issued automatically using the information you provided. Please be sure to provide complete information. Commercial customers may select the type of invoice required when placing the order.
When you purchase JetBrains products, we can provide:
- General VAT invoices for individual and commercial customers
- Special VAT invoices only for commercial customers
When an individual customer places an order and completes payment, we will issue an invoice within 10 working days including the personal information that was entered on the order form. We will then send it to the corresponding email address.
Commercial customers may select the required invoice type when placing an order. We will issue an invoice within 10 working days based on the information that was entered on the order form and send it to the corresponding email address. For renewals and new purchases by existing customers, we will automatically fill in the order form with the company information that was provided with the previous purchase, including the company name and VAT ID.
