I have a monthly subscription. Can I switch to yearly subscription?

Yes. To do so, follow these steps:

You must have organization administrator permissions to complete these steps. If you need help getting administrator permissions for your company's profile, please contact our Sales team.
  1. Log in to your JetBrains Account.
  2. In the menu on the left, click on your organization's name.

  3. Switch to the Team Tools & Services tab.Team Tools & Services tab.png
  4. Scroll through the list of your team tool licenses to find your YouTrack Cloud license.
  5. Next to your license, click Check license allocation and view upgrade options.
  6. On the page that opens, scroll down to the Switch to a monthly subscription option. Click Switch.
  7. You'll be redirected to the checkout page. Complete your order to switch to annual billing.
