Remove Administrator from an organization profile

You can remove other administrators if they have left your company, or should no longer have access to manage the licenses.

You must have organization administrator permissions to complete these steps.

To remove an administrator: 

  1. Login at
  2. On the left, click your Company Name.
    Enter account.png
  3. On the left, click Administration.
    Select Administration.png
  4. Here you will see the list of current administrators of the organization.
    • You can remove unwanted administrators by clicking Remove.
    • If you want to remove yourself as an administrator, click Leave.
