Who receives subscription renewal reminders from JetBrains?

Renewal reminders are sent to the following contacts:

• the email address specified for credit card / PayPal payment (if auto-renewal for the subscription pack is active)
• all organization administrators of JetBrains Account
• all primary billing contacts of JetBrains Account
• all primary licensee contacts of JetBrains Account
• the latest licensee contact of license(s) to be renewed

Plus, a contact in this list above should be enabled in JetBrains Account.

If your organization has multiple projects/groups which manage licenses and payment independently, we recommend that you use different subscription packs for each project/group.
