Сhanges to YouTrack Cloud per-user subscription prices
We’ve introduced a few changes to YouTrack Cloud per-user subscription prices, as of October 1, 2025.
Q: What’s changed – and what’s not?
YouTrack Cloud remains free for any team of up to 10 users.
For teams of 11 or more users:
- The new monthly subscription price is USD 5.40 per user/month, with the per-user rate decreasing as more users are added.
- The new annual subscription is USD 4.50 per user/month, with two months free each year. The per-user rate also decreases as more users are added.
Helpdesk projects remain free for 3 agents and unlimited reporters. For teams with 4 or more agents, the new price is USD 5.50 per agent/month with an annual subscription and USD 6.00 per agent/month for monthly subscriptions.
Nothing else has changed: the full feature set, support, and AI Assistance remain included in your subscription.
All discounts for startups, non-profits, educational institutions, and open-source projects continue as before.
Q: When will the new pricing apply to my subscription?
Your current subscription will remain active at the current price until it expires – no action is needed. In the meantime, as of October 1, 2025, all renewals are subject to the new pricing, so we recommend planning your budget accordingly.
Q: I have a YouTrack Cloud per-user subscription. How is my subscription affected by the pricing changes?
If you started using YouTrack Cloud in 2020 or later, you most likely have a per-user subscription. Here’s what the new pricing means for your team.
If your team has more than 10 users, the updated subscription prices now apply. For monthly plans, the pricing starts at USD 5.40 per user per month. For annual subscriptions, you get two months free — the starting price is USD 4.50 per user per month. The larger your team, the lower your effective per-user price, as the discount increases with additional users.
Helpdesk functionality remains free for teams with up to 3 support agents and unlimited reporters. For teams with 4 or more agents, the current pricing applies: USD 6.00 per agent per month with a monthly plan, or USD 5.50 per agent per month with an annual plan.
