Licensing: Sharing an All Products Pack subscription

Symptoms

It is unclear whether multiple users can share a single All Products Pack subscription by using different IDEs.

Environment

• Customer type: Commercial
• Region: All regions
• Product: All Products Pack subscriptions

Cause 

An All Products Pack subscription is assigned to a single user and cannot be shared between multiple users.

Resolution

1. Purchase one All Products Pack subscription for each user who requires access
2. Assign each subscription to an individual end user
3. Use any of the IDEs included in the All Products Pack under the assigned user's subscription
