No, personal licenses are only for individuals who pay for them out of their own pocket. You can use your personal license at work, but your company can’t buy one for you, reimburse you for it, or claim the license as theirs – that’s part of the subscription agreement.

If your company wants to get you a JetBrains license, they’ll need to purchase a commercial one instead.
