I didn’t receive a license purchased online. Where is my license?
Try these steps to figure out what happened:
- Check your payment confirmation to make sure the payment for your order was completed.
If your online payment failed, check for possible reasons and try again. - If your payment went through, check the email address in your order:
- If it’s correct, check your spam folder.
- If the email address is wrong, contact us and we’ll update your order details.
- If you still can't find your purchase confirmation, try logging in to or creating a JetBrains Account with your email address. Any licenses purchased with this email address will appear in the account.
If nothing works, contact us and we’ll check your order status.
