Subscription renewal reminders for organizations

When it's time to renew your JetBrains subscriptions, the designated contacts in your company receive email reminders.

Reminder schedule

For annual subscriptions, reminders are typically sent 90, 45, and 14 days before the expiration date.

For most monthly subscriptions, reminders are only sent on the expiration date if your subscription cannot be renewed automatically.

However, this schedule may vary depending on the product and your subscription type.

Who receives renewal reminders

Here's the full list of contact roles subscribed to receive renewal reminders:

Order-specific contacts

• The most recent licensee and billing contacts associated with the subscription
• The owner of the payment method used for auto-renewal, if enabled

Company-wide contacts

• Organization administrators
• Primary billing contacts
• Primary licensee contacts

To subscribe someone to renewal reminders for your company's subscriptions, you can assign one of the company-wide roles listed above to them.
