I have an expired YouTrack Server subscription. How can I renew it?

If your subscription expires, your YouTrack Server instance will continue to work for seven days during the grace period. This gives you time to renew the subscription and continue working without interruption.

If your subscription expires without renewal, access to your YouTrack Server instance becomes limited to users with system administrator permissions. You will not lose your data – it remains under your control. Users with system administrator permissions can manage backups, switch the instance to the Free plan for up to 10 users and three support agents, or get a new subscription and apply a new subscription license key in License Settings.
