I’m a YouTrack Server customer and I had an active subscription before August 1, 2020. Which user packs are available to me?

If you purchased your YouTrack Server license before August 1, 2020, and have been regularly renewing it, you can no longer renew at legacy pricing. Any renewal now means switching to the current pricing model. As a benefit, you’ll pay the renewal cost for the selected user pack — that is, 50% of the new license price for that pack.

When you move from legacy YouTrack Server pricing to the current pricing, you also get a one-time opportunity to switch to a smaller user pack than the one you had before. This means you can reduce your pack size once and still pay the renewal price — 50% of the new license cost for that pack. After this switch, you’ll only be able to renew your subscription or increase the number of users by upgrading to a larger user pack.
