How do I renew my YouTrack subscription and get updates and support again?

You can renew your YouTrack Server annual subscription at the current subscription price for the corresponding user pack.
When an annual subscription is renewed before its expiration date or within the 7-day grace period after expiration, the renewed subscription term starts on the next day after the previous subscription expires. This means the subscription continues without changing the original renewal cycle.
If the subscription is renewed more than 7 days after the expiration date, the new subscription term starts on the order delivery date. In this case, the renewal is not backdated to the previous expiration date.
If the subscription expires without renewal, access to the instance is limited to admin users only. Admin users can manage backups and either switch the instance to the Free plan or apply a new license key in License Settings.
