Resolution

1. Submit a quotation request to Sales Support
2. Provide the following:
   1. The product(s) to be purchased
   2. The required number of licenses per product
   3. The name of the educational institution
   4. Proof of educational institution status in the form of official documentation or a link to the institution's official website
   5. The Tax ID, if applicable
   6. The billing address (address, city, postal code)
3. After the request has been reviewed, a quotation will be provided with the available educational licensing options, pricing, and any applicable educational discounts
