AI Pro/AI Ultimate: Cannot be added to a commercial quote

Symptoms

Unable to place an order for AI Pro or AI Ultimate.

Environment

• Customer type: Commercial
• Region: All Regions
• Product: AI Pro/AI Ultimate

Resolution

1. Commercial customers can no longer purchase or renew AI Pro/AI Ultimate licenses
   1. Commercial customers can now only purchase AI credits
   2. Within each organization, all AI credits form a shared pool. Each team and user will use credits from the shared pool to ensure maximum flexibility and utilization
   3. An equivalent number of AI credits was loaded into the shared pool for every license held
      1. User quotas will remain consistent with their previous license levels (e.g., 20 credits for AI Pro/APP/dotUltimate, 70 for AI Ultimate, 3 for AI Free license)
