Requesting a pro-forma invoice for an existing quote
Environment
- Customer type: Commercial
- Region: All regionds
- Product: All products
Resolution
- Open the quote
- Click on the Pay online link
- The checkout page opens in the browser
- Choose Wire Transfer as a payment option
- Click on the Order and Pay button
- A pro-forma invoice is sent in a separate e-mail
- Once the payment is received, the license certificate and the final invoice are provided
