Symptoms
An e-mail about an upcoming automatic renewal is received, but no amount is specified to be charged.

Cause
The renewal reminder email does not display the renewal amount directly.
Resolution
- Open the renewal reminder e-mail
- Select Check pricing and renew now
- Review the amount that will be charged, including any applicable taxes
- In case of any questions, contact Sales support before the renewal
