Resolution

1. Visit JetBrains' website
2. Open the page for the product of interest
3. Review the published pricing for the selected license or subscription. 
4. If a quote is required, contact Sales Support 
5. Provide the Sales Support with the billing details
   1. Full name/company name
   2. Billing address
   3. VAT ID, if applicable
