Symptoms

Additional licenses were purchased by mistake.

Environment

• Customer type: Commercial
• Region: All regions
• Product: All paid products

Cause

More licenses were ordered than intended.

Resolution

1. Contact Sales Support
2. Provide the order number
3. Specify the license IDs of the licenses that should be cancelled, if available
4. Request the cancellation and refund of the unused licenses
5. If the request meets the applicable refund policy, the unused licenses will be cancelled and refunded
