[US] Purchase order rejected: Valid JetBrains quote required

Symptoms

A valid JetBrains Quote is required to process a Purchase Order. 

Environment

• Customer type: Commercial
• Region: All regions
• Product: All products, annual subscriptions

Cause 

A purchase order will be rejected if a valid JetBrains Quote is not provided. 

Resolution

1. Contact Sales Support and provide the following:
   1. For a renewal
      1. License ID's to be renewed
   2. For a net-new purchase
      1. License type
      2. Quantity
      3. Shipping address (if different from account's)
      4. Billing address (if different from account's)
      5. License delivery contact (if different from account's)
2. Sales Support will provide a valid quote to be used to process the purchase order
