Renewal reminder received: Quote required to purchase

Symptoms

Renewal reminder received, but a quote PDF is required. 

Environment

• Customer type: Commercial
• Region: All regions
• Product: All products

Resolution

1. To receive a renewal quote, there are two options:
   1. Via JetBrains Console
      1. Log into JetBrains Console
      2. Click on organization name
      3. Select Subscription Packs
      4. Find the desired subscription pack and click Check price and renew
      5. Quote PDF will be generated and sent
   2. Contact Sales Support and provide the following:
      1. Subscription pack number
      2. Desired license quantities and ID's
      3. Sales Support will provide requested quote
