Resolution
- Contact Sales Support and request a quotation
- Choose one of the following invoicing options:
a. Proforma invoice – Payment is required upfront. After the payment is received, the licenses are issued together with the final invoice
b. Net 30 invoice – A quotation is provided first. Submit a purchase order referencing the quotation, after which the order is processed, and an invoice with a 30-day payment term is issued
