Graduation discount: Lost access to educational email address

Symptoms

Loss of access to the educational email address required to claim a graduation discount.

Environment

• Customer type: Student
• Region: All regions
• Product: All paid products

Cause 

The educational email address has been deactivated after graduation.

Resolution

1. Contact Sales Support and provide:
   a. The educational license ID or the educational email address
   b. The current personal email address
2. Sales Support will verify the graduation discount eligibility
3. If eligible, access to the JetBrains Account will be granted to the personal email address
4. The graduation discount can be redeemed until its expiration date
