[US] Placing an order: Purchase Order required

Symptoms

A purchase order (PO) is required to complete payment for a JetBrains quote.

Environment

• Customer type: Commercial
• Region: JetBrains Americas
• Product: All annual subscriptions

Resolution

1. Raise the purchase order and ensure that it includes the following information:
   1. JetBrains quote number
   2. Applicable taxes
   3. The grand total of the purchase order (must match the quote total)
   4. The correct JetBrains Americas address
   5. Reference of payment terms (NET30)
   6. Billing and shipping addresses
   7. Email where applicable invoice should be sent to
2. Send purchase order to orders@jetbrainsamericas.com
3. Upon successful processing of purchase order, applicable invoice will be generated and sent to designated contact within 1-2 business days
