Renewal reminder: Subscription pack approaching expiration

Symptoms

An automated renewal reminder is received, including subscription pack information on approaching license expiration. 

Environment

• Customer type: Commercial 
• Region: All regions
• Product: All products

Resolution

1. Once a renewal reminder has been received, the following options are available to renew the corresponding subscriptions: 
   1. Log in to JetBrains Central Console as an account administrator
      1. Navigate to Billing on the side menu
      2. Select Subscription packs
      3. Locate the pack you wish to renew
      4. Click Check price & renew
      5. Pay online or request a price quote on the checkout page
   2. Contact Sales Support to request a renewal quote and provide the following:
      1. Subscription Pack ID to be renewed, or License IDs if only some of the licenses in the pack should be renewed
      2. Requested term length (single or multi-year renewal)
