[ROW] Purchase order payment: How to order

Symptoms

Payment by purchase order is required.

Environment

• Customer type: Commercial
• Region: Austria, Germany, Switzerland
• Product: Paid annual products

Resolution

1. A quote is required when paying by purchase order
   1. Quotes can be generated online: 
      1. Sign in to JetBrains Central Console 
      2. In the sidebar under Billing, select Subscription Packs
      3. In column Actions of the corresponding subscription pack, click Check price & renew 
   2. Alternatively, contact Sales Support to request a quote
2. Submit the purchase order to JetBrains
   1. The purchase order can be submitted online:
      1. Use the purchase link from the quote and choose the payment method Purchase Order
      2. Upload your PO and confirm the purchase
   2. Alternatively, the purchase order can be sent to orders@jetbrains.com
3. Once the purchase order is received, JetBrains will process it
   1. Order processing takes 1-2 business days
   2. An invoice will be sent to the designated billing contact once the order is processed
      1. Supplier remains JetBrains s.r.o. in the Czech Republic (Exception: Customers located in Switzerland and without VAT ID) 
      2. General payment term is 30 days net
