RustRover license renewal: Continuity discount ineligibility

Symptoms

Continuity discount not applied while renewing a RustRover personal subscription.

Cause

It is expected behavior for a JetBrains Personal RustRover license to be ineligible for the continuity discount for successive renewal post initial purchase.

Resolution

1. Log into JetBrains Account
2. Locate RustRover subscription within account
3. Choose the appropriate action:
   1. Click Renew if license is still active and is being renewed ahead of time
   2. Click Resume Payments if license has already expired
4. Complete checkout process using applicable payment details
