[ROW] License purchase: Buying a license as a gift

Symptoms

Unable to purchase a license as a gift for someone else, and unable to find a gift purchase option in the e-store.

Environment

• Customer type: Personal
• Region: EMEA, APAC (excluding China)
• Product: All Products

Resolution

1. Use the gift recipient's name and email address on the eStore identifcation, after clicking on Buy button for the desired product
2. During checkout, disable the auto-renewal option so card details are not saved
   1. The card number will not appear on the invoice
3. The invoice will then be issued to the gift recipient along with the license certificate
   1. The gift recipient will create a JetBrains account via the license certificate link
