Symptoms

A third party is suspected of impersonating an organization or its representatives by using an unauthorized email address or domain to request quotations, place orders, or modify account information.

Cause 

Additional verification is required when an organization reports suspected unauthorized use of its identity.

Resolution

1. Contact Sales Support and provide:
   1. The affected organization's name
   2. The unauthorized email address or domain
   3. The organization's legitimate email domain(s)
   4. Any relevant emails or supporting documentation as attachments
2. Sales Support will review the request and take appropriate action.
