Graduation Discount: Discount not applied while an educational license is active

Symptoms

The 40% Graduation Discount is not applied when purchasing a personal subscription after graduation.

Environment

• Customer type: Student
• Region: All regions
• Product: Paid personal subscriptions

Cause 

The educational license is still active.

The Graduation Discount can only be redeemed after the educational license has expired or cancelled.

Resolution

1. Contact Sales Support and:
   1. Provide the email address associated with the educational license
   2. Request for the activation of the Graduation Discount
2. Sales Support will verify the educational license and eligibility for the discount
3. If eligible, Sales Support will cancel the educational license and enable the Graduation Discount
4. The discount will remain valid for two years from the activation date
