License renewal: Renewing and adding licenses
Symptoms
Existing subscriptions with different expiration dates must be renewed together, and additional licenses are required.

Resolution
- Submit a request to Sales Support
- Specify the products, the number of existing subscriptions to renew, and provide the relevant license IDs or the email addresses of the current end users
- Specify the products and number of additional licenses to purchase
- Request that the existing subscriptions be aligned to a single expiration date and that the additional licenses be co-termed with the existing subscriptions
- A quotation will be provided based on the requested renewal, additional licenses, and aligned subscription period
- After completion, the subscriptions will share one expiration date, allowing a single renewal quotation and invoice to be issued for future renewals
