Automatic renewal: Disabling automatic renewal for a commercial subscription

Symptoms

The subscription is set to renew automatically, but renewal is no longer required.

Environment

• Customer type: Commercial
• Region: All regions
• Product: All products

Resolution

1. Sign in to JetBrains Console 
2. Open the Subscriptions page 
3. Select the subscription for which the automatic renewal should be disabled
4. In the subscription details, turn off Automatic renewal
5. Confirm the change
6. The subscription will remain active until its current expiration date and will not renew automatically
