Automatic renewal: Disabling automatic renewal for a commercial subscription

Symptoms

The subscription is set to renew automatically, but renewal is no longer required.

Environment

• Customer type: Commercial
• Region: All regions
• Product: All products

Resolution

1. Sign in to JetBrains Central Console

2. Open Billing → Subscription packs

3. Find the relevant subscription pack

4. Click Disable auto-renewal

5. Confirm with Disable automatic billing

6. The subscription will remain active until its current expiration date and will not renew automatically
