AI credits: Unable to locate promotional credits

Symptoms

Promotional AI credits cannot be located in the JetBrains Account after receiving a confirmation email that the credits have been added.

Cause 

The promotional AI credits cannot be verified without the confirmation email.

Resolution

1. Verify the email address used to sign in to the JetBrains Account
2. Locate the email confirming that the promotional AI credits were issued
3. Contact Sales Support and provide the email confirming the promotional credits
4. JetBrains Support will verify the associated account and assist with locating the promotional AI credits
