AI credits: Purchasing AI access for additional organization users

Symptoms

Missing the option to purchase additional AI subscription(s).

• Product: JetBrains AI

Cause 

Under the current AI billing model, organizations no longer purchase separate AI subscriptions for individual users. AI usage is managed through a shared pool of AI credits.

Resolution

1. Purchase additional AI credits for the organization
2. Manage AI access and set monthly AI credit limits for individual users through JetBrains Central Console
3. If assistance with purchasing additional AI credits is required, contact Sales Support and provide:
   1. A previous invoice associated with the company you are operating under
   2. The number of AI credits required
