Cause 

The AI General Credits Usage Report is sent once a month and covers top-up AI credits usage for the previous month.

Resolution

1. Top-up AI credit usage can be tracked in the JetBrains Account by using the following steps:
   1. Log in to JetBrains Account
   2. Navigate to the JetBrains AI Settings section
   3. The Top-up AI Credits for personal use section displays any credits purchased through the personal account, while the Top-up AI Credits for work section displays AI credits assigned by an organization
