AI subscription: Monthly AI credits not reset after subscription renewal

Symptoms

The AI subscription is active, but the monthly AI credits have not reset after the subscription renewal.

Environment

• Customer type: All customers
• Region: All regions
• Product: JetBrains AI Pro or AI Ultimate

Cause 

The monthly AI credit quota resets on a fixed 30-day cycle based on the date the JetBrains AI license was first activated. The quota reset is not tied to the subscription renewal date or payment date. 

Resolution

1. Verify that the JetBrains AI Pro/Ultimate subscription is active
2. Wait for the next scheduled AI quota reset based on the 30-day billing cycle
3. Purchase additional top-up AI credits through the JetBrains Account if additional usage is required before the next quota reset
